Vertical or horizontal, does it matter?
Vertical hangs cleaner from a reel or strap and suits portrait photos. Horizontal reads better clipped to a pocket. If your team wears badges around the neck, go vertical.
Where does the hole punch go on a vertical badge?
Centered on the top short edge by default, so the badge hangs level. Your proof shows exact placement before printing.
Do I get to approve a proof before you print?
Yes, and it is free. Every order gets a digital proof by email and nothing prints until you approve it. Most proofs go out within a few business hours.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS all work. Vector files print sharpest, but our art team cleans up whatever you have at no charge. You can also build your design from scratch with the online designer.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is 7 business days. Need it faster, 4 to 5 days is 50% more and 3 days is 100% more. Turnaround on a rush order is confirmed by our team after you order, we will reach out shortly to lock in the date. These times do not include shipping. Everything prints in our Los Angeles shop. Pick your shipping speed in the cart: Ground $8.95 (free over $250, 5 to 7 business days after your order is ready), 2 Day Air $19.95, or Next Day Air $44.95. Air rates are always charged.
