3.5" x 5.5" is the standard event badge size and fits standard badge holders, reels, and clips.

Punched by hand in our shop. All four styles fit standard clips, reels, and straps the same way. Skip it if the badge clips on or goes in a holder.

Can every badge have a different name and QR code?
Yes, that is Variable Data. Upload a spreadsheet with a name, title, and QR link per row and every badge personalizes automatically, no per badge design fee beyond the small per badge charge.
What is the difference between the lamination finishes?
5 Mil Gloss is the standard, vivid color and solid protection. 10 Mil Gloss is extra thick for the longest events. Matte kills glare under stage lighting and photographs better on camera.
Do these come with a clip?
Bulldog clips are $0.85 each, applied in our shop. If you already have straps or reels, pick a hole punch style ($0.15 each) and No Clip, and we punch the hole and skip the clip.
Do I get to approve a proof before you print?
Yes, and it is free. Every order gets a digital proof by email and nothing prints until you approve it. Most proofs go out within a few business hours.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS all work. Vector files print sharpest, but our art team cleans up whatever you have at no charge. You can also build your design from scratch with the online designer.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is 7 business days. Need it faster, 4 to 5 days is 50% more and 3 days is 100% more. Turnaround on a rush order is confirmed by our team after you order, we will reach out shortly to lock in the date. These times do not include shipping. Everything prints in our Los Angeles shop. Pick your shipping speed in the cart: Ground $8.95 (free over $250, 5 to 7 business days after your order is ready), 2 Day Air $19.95, or Next Day Air $44.95. Air rates are always charged.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your artwork and order details on file, so a reorder takes about a minute. Order any quantity, even a single replacement badge for a new hire.
