Wristbands do one job and they have to do it all day. Ours are printed on 7.5 mil poly weave, a woven synthetic that shrugs off rain, sweat, and a crowd, so the band that goes on at the gate in the morning still reads at midnight.
Every band is 1 by 10 inches with an adjustable tamper evident closure, so it fits any wrist and cannot come off and go back on someone else. Print runs full color across the whole face, which means your logo, your sponsor, your access tier, or all three.
Ordering more than one design is just more lines in the cart, so VIP, general admission, and staff can each get their own color and their own print.

Most events need more than one band. Run a different color or a different print for VIP, general admission, staff, and vendors, and your gate team sorts by sight instead of by list. Each design is its own line on the order, so mixing them is just adding lines to the cart.

Frequently asked questions
Can someone take the band off and pass it to a friend?
Not without wrecking it. The closure is tamper evident, so removing it tears the band and the damage is obvious to your gate staff. That is the whole point of the design.
Will they survive rain, a pool, or a three day festival?
Yes. Poly weave is waterproof and tear resistant, and the print does not run or smudge when it gets wet. These are built for multi day wear outdoors.
Can I get more than one design in the same order?
Yes. Add a line to the cart for each design, for example one for VIP and one for general admission. Each line gets its own artwork and its own proof.
How big is the print area?
The full 1 by 10 inch face is printable. The closure wraps the last inch at each end, so anything there is hidden once the band is on. Repeat your logo or the access word along the band and it reads no matter how the wrist turns.
Is there a minimum order?
60 bands. That is the smallest run the press setup makes sense for, and it is also about the smallest event anyone orders bands for.
My event is this week. Can you make it?
Often yes. Standard is 5 business days, and there are 3 and 2 business day options in the Production Speed step. Neither includes shipping. If the date is tight, call us at the number up top before you order and we will tell you straight whether it lands.
I do not have a design. Can you build one?
Yes. Upload whatever you have, a logo, a photo, a rough sketch, or just describe it, and pick the option where our art team builds the proof. There is an art setup fee on that path. If you already have print ready artwork, place it on the template yourself and approve it, and that costs nothing.
Do I get to approve a proof before you print?
Yes, and it is free. Every order gets a digital proof by email and nothing prints until you approve it. Most proofs go out within a few business hours.
What file types can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS all work. Vector files print sharpest, but our art team cleans up whatever you have at no charge. You can also build your design from scratch with the online designer.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is 7 business days. Need it faster, 4 to 5 days is 50% more and 3 days is 100% more. Turnaround on a rush order is confirmed by our team after you order, we will reach out shortly to lock in the date. These times do not include shipping. Everything prints in our Los Angeles shop. Flat rate shipping is $6.95, free over $250.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. We keep your artwork and order details on file, so a reorder takes about a minute. Order any quantity, even a single replacement badge for a new hire.
